Physically Fit Seniors, A MUST!!!

Ever seen older people past sixty with physical problems. Using walkers or walking very slow or just a lack of energy? Well some may be caused by a physical problem, but for the most part, it is due to a lack of activity when they are younger. We live in a very sedentary society with poor dietary ethics. Further, as the body grows older and loses its characteristics, it opens the door for various problem disease. We know while we can’t erase cancer from our being that we CAN control it through diet. Asian countries have some of the lowest cancer rates in the world mainly because of diet , but also because they participate in physical activities and, keep their brains occupied. In addition, an exercise program starting early in life benefits the individual completely. I have been on a strict physical regime for most of my life. At 64, I do not suffer from and physical problems and have a complete range of motion and abilities because of a physically active mind and body. Diet with fruits , nuts, vegetables and fish as well as yogurt have kept me health and well attuned throughout life. As a result, I should be in good shape for the remainder of my life.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       So, in conclusion, if you want to assure yourself the best possible specimen as you age, start now while young with balanced exercise as well as diet and an attuned mind. If your older, it doesn’t hurt to plan now and start now. For the BEST possible physical life, maintain yourself. There are and can be NO excuses. Get going!!!
